Built in New York · Serving households worldwide

Ready at every address. On the record at every step.

Seasonal preparation, vendor insurance, occupancy, inspections — logged as the work happens, not reconstructed after. When a carrier asks what care was taken before the freeze, the answer already exists.

Every residence, arrived at without notice, found exactly as it was left — and provable.

Operated by its founder · Built running New York, Hamptons, and Miami residences · Serving households worldwide · Documentation to the standard of NY Ins. Law § 3404 and freeze-exclusion care · No client identities, ever — including here.

The System

One standard. Every property.

Calibrated once

The primary residence sets the basis — the products, the routines, the preferences, down to the florist's hard rules. It is written once, versioned, and kept current.

Carried everywhere

The same standard propagates to every satellite property automatically, so a household of two, five, or seven homes runs as one operation instead of several disconnected ones.

Held to account

Spot checks score every property against the written standard. What slips is visible the week it slips — not the week the family arrives.

The Demonstration

Walk through the house yourself.

A fictional eight-property household, running live: the floor plans drawn for every residence, the emergency buttons, the vendor trust ledger, the week’s menus and the chef’s recipe cards, housekeeping and its handbooks, the cellar, the cars, the jet — and a 77-metre yacht carried as a residence, with her crew, her decks and her certificate wall. Every chair from principal to captain. No signup, nothing to install, and none of it is a mockup.

One

operating standard, set at the primary residence and versioned like a document

Every

vendor certificate of insurance tracked to its expiry date — lapsed coverage means no site access

Weekly

written report to the Principals — issues, schedules, projects with costs, staffing

Zero

reconstruction after the fact — the record is made as the work happens

The Record

Everything, on the record.

Seasonal preparation, vendor coverage, staff schedules, spot checks — each is logged as it happens, not reconstructed after the fact. When a carrier asks what care was taken before a freeze, or whether a vacancy was reported within the window the policy requires, the answer already exists.

Built from running properties, not from selling software.

Dimora Private grew out of the daily work of operating multi-property households directly — the routines that hold up, and the ones that quietly fail. The platform is the discipline of that work, made repeatable.

Before Engaging

Asked before engaging.

What does Dimora Private do?

Dimora Private is an estate-operations practice and platform for households with multiple residences. It maintains one standard across every property — staffing, housekeeping, vendors, seasonal preparation — and keeps a documented record of the care each home receives.

Who is it for?

Households and family offices operating two to seven or more residences, typically a city primary with satellite properties, who want every home ready for use at any time without managing each one separately.

We already have a house manager. Why would we need this?

Good. Dimora Private is the system a good manager runs on. Most of our work formalizes what your best person already does — so the standard survives their vacation, and their successor.

How does the documentation help with insurance?

Policies commonly condition coverage on occupancy notice and documented reasonable care — for example, New York Insurance Law § 3404 addresses extended vacancy, and freeze-damage exclusions often turn on evidence of preparation. Dimora Private logs seasonal preparation, inspections, and vendor coverage as they happen, so the record already exists when a carrier asks.

Can we see the platform before a conversation?

Yes — the guided tour at dimoraprivate.com/demo/tour walks a complete fictional household running live: the floor plans, emergency dispatch, the vendor trust ledger, menus and recipes, housekeeping and its handbooks, the cellar, the cars, the yacht and jet. No signup is required and no client data appears in it, ever.

Where is Dimora available?

The software serves households anywhere in the world — a portfolio split across New York, London, and the Côte d’Azur runs as one operation. The hands-on practice, Dimora White Glove, is based where its founder is: New York City, the Hamptons, and Miami. Families elsewhere may request him personally, as a consultant who travels to their properties.

How do we start?

Request a private consultation. The first conversation covers how your properties currently run and where the seams are. There is no self-serve signup and nothing is automated on our side of that conversation.

A private consultation, not a sales call.

We start with a conversation about how your properties run today, and where the seams are. One business day to a reply; a human on the other end.
