This website presents Dimora, estate-operations software from Gilded Edge Group LLC for staffed households and family offices.

Use of the site

The content here is informational and does not constitute an offer of services to any particular household. Engagements are established only by a written agreement identifying the legal provider and the client. Private Residence Advisory consultations are offered for residences in the United States only; any in-person visit takes place in the United States. Availability, location, scope and fees are agreed separately from software. No ongoing management, weekly visits or emergency coverage is included.

Scope of operational guidance

Software records and operational guidance do not certify a property's condition or insurance coverage. Technical inspection, diagnosis, legal and insurance questions require the appropriate qualified professional.

Client access

The client platform is available only to authorized users of engaged households. Access is by invitation. The scope and verification status of security controls are described on the security page; this site does not promise a complete record of every user action.
