The arrangement

Consultations are led by Daniel Montero, drawing on his experience working in staffed residences. We first agree the question, the appointment format and a fixed scope. A conversation or an agreed on-site walkthrough can inform concise written priorities for your team.
The written proposal sets out the fee, any travel, the deliverable and its delivery date. Each engagement ends with the agreed recommendations. Your household team carries out the work and commissions any technical inspection or repairs. Continuing management and emergency coverage are outside this offer.
Availability
Exclusively within the United States.
Private consultations are offered only for residences in the United States. Any in-person visit takes place within the United States and depends on the location and available appointments. An inquiry starts a discussion; an appointment is confirmed after scope, fees and availability are agreed.
Dimora's software remains the primary offer and can be discussed independently. The United States limit applies to private consultations; software inquiries are welcome from other regions.
