Privacy
Discretion is the basis of this practice, and that extends to this website.
Dimora Private is an estate-operations practice and platform of Gilded Edge Group LLC. That company is responsible for the information described here, and is the party to write to about any of it.
What we collect
The consultation form collects your name, email, optional phone number, the number of properties you operate, a region, and anything you choose to tell us. We record the referring page. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How it is used
Submissions are read by one person and used to prepare for one conversation. They are stored in our own client system, are not shared with third parties, and are not added to any marketing list. If we do not end up working together, you may ask us to delete the record and we will.
Public measurement
Measurement starts only after you choose “Allow measurement”. We count public page views, entry to the tour, the public links for a tour or consultation, the start of a consultation form, and newly saved consultation requests. Essential only turns these counts off. You can change your choice or exclude this browser using Measurement preferences in the footer or at the end of the public tour. The panel closes after either choice.
A fixed LinkedIn campaign and placement code can tell us which public link brought a visit here. After consent, that code stays in your browser tab while you use the public pages. We send no full query strings, external referring URLs, clicked text, field contents, names, email addresses, or telephone numbers to measurement. Each count has its own random receipt key to prevent duplicate delivery; there is no visitor identifier and no link between measurement and a saved contact.
The demonstration interior, prepared decks, named access links, and signed-in platform are not measured. No room visits, dwell, scroll depth, tailoring answers, or staff chairs are recorded. There is no replay, advertising network, or third-party analytics service. Counts go to our own database; tests, internal activity, and preview builds are marked separately and excluded from public results. These are event counts, not unique people.
Private links and earlier records
Existing private links beginning with /d/ still open the tour. Opening one no longer looks up a person, records an open or selects a deck by recipient. We expire the former dmr cookie and set a measurement opt-out for the browser session.
Earlier versions associated some link opens and browsing sessions with named prospect records and joined some visits to submitted inquiries. The previous policy did not accurately describe that behavior. Removing this tracking does not automatically delete those historical records. They are retained pending review or a deletion request and are kept separate from the public counts described above. You may contact us to ask whether we hold such a record about you.
The demonstration
The demonstration is open to anyone; nothing is required to see it. If you choose to answer the four optional questions at the top of the tour, those answers are kept in a cookie on your own device (“demo_shape”) so the tour and the consultation form reflect them. They stay on your device unless you go on to request a consultation, in which case they are attached to that request so the conversation starts informed. No name, email, or telephone number is asked for anywhere in the demonstration.
Client information
Information about client households, properties, and staff lives in an access-controlled system, restricted by role, and is never used for marketing in any form.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland
The measurement described above does not run for you at all. We classify the visit by region once and switch public measurement off — you see the identical site, and nothing is recorded. That is what the dimora_geo cookie is for, and it is the only thing it is for.
If your browser asks us not to
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the measurement above does not run at all for you. You still get the entire demonstration; public counts remain off. You do not have to ask us, and there is nothing to click.
How long we keep things
Consultation requests are kept while a conversation is live and for as long as we may need to remember it; you can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will. New public measurement records carry no identity and are kept for analysis of the site itself. Historical measurement records are separate from this aggregate collector.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to erase it — including a consultation request you no longer want on file. One person handles those requests and no one is asked to justify making one.
