Privacy
Discretion is the basis of this practice, and that extends to this website.
Dimora Private is an estate-operations practice and platform of Gilded Edge Group LLC. That company is responsible for the information described here, and is the party to write to about any of it.
What we collect
The consultation form collects your name, email, optional phone number, the number of properties you operate, a region, and anything you choose to tell us. We record the referring page. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How it is used
Submissions are read by one person and used to prepare for one conversation. They are stored in our own client system, are not shared with third parties, and are not added to any marketing list. If we do not end up working together, you may ask us to delete the record and we will.
Measurement
The homepage shows one of a few versions of its opening text; a cookie (“ab_home”) remembers which version you saw so it does not change between visits, and we count page views, demonstration visits, and consultation requests per version. That is the entirety of it: first-party, no advertising networks, no identity attached, and nothing is shared with anyone.
How the demonstration is measured
While you are in the demonstration we record which rooms you open, how long each page is actually in front of you, what you click (by the visible label on it), how far down a page you read, and which staff chairs you try. It is how we learn which parts of the work are worth showing and which are not.
The identifier for that record is a random string held only in your browser tab; it is erased when you close the tab, it is never joined to a name or an email address, and it cannot follow you to another website. We do not record your IP address, and we never record what you type — the form knows only that a field was touched, never a single character inside it. There is no session recording, no screen replay, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics service of any kind: the whole path runs from this site to our own database. None of it is shared, sold, or added to a list.
The demonstration
The demonstration is open to anyone; nothing is required to see it. If you choose to answer the four optional questions at the top of the tour, those answers are kept in a cookie on your own device (“demo_shape”) so the tour and the consultation form reflect them. They stay on your device unless you go on to request a consultation, in which case they are attached to that request so the conversation starts informed. No name, email, or telephone number is asked for anywhere in the demonstration.
Client information
Information about client households, properties, and staff lives in an access-controlled system, restricted by role, and is never used for marketing in any form.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland
The measurement described above does not run for you at all. Rather than ask for consent with a banner, we classify the visit by region once and switch the measuring off — you see the identical site, and nothing is recorded. That is what the dimora_geo cookie is for, and it is the only thing it is for.
If your browser asks us not to
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the measurement above does not run at all for you. You still get the entire demonstration; we simply do not record the walk. You do not have to ask us, and there is nothing to click.
How long we keep things
Consultation requests are kept while a conversation is live and for as long as we may need to remember it; you can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will. Measurement records of demonstration visits carry no identity and are kept for analysis of the site itself.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to erase it — including a consultation request you no longer want on file. One person handles those requests and no one is asked to justify making one.
